About the Founders

I've been passionate about the outdoors for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I spent countless hours hunting, freshwater fishing, saltwater fishing, camping, and exploring everything nature has to offer. The outdoors has never just been a hobby — it's been a way of life.

Over the years, I've come to appreciate not only the adventures that come with being outdoors but also the value of the properties, equipment, and experiences that make those adventures possible. I saw an opportunity to create a place where outdoor enthusiasts could connect, share those experiences, and help offset the cost of owning outdoor property.

Bob has shared a lifelong passion for the outdoors, with a particular love for ice fishing. When winter arrives, you'll find him on the ice chasing trophy fish, exploring new waters, and enjoying everything that comes with the hard-water season. His knowledge of ice fishing, shanty setups, and what makes a great day on the ice has been built through years of firsthand experience.

Like many outdoorsmen, Bob understands the investment that goes into owning quality equipment and maintaining an ice fishing shanty. He believes those investments should have the opportunity to generate income when they're not being used, while giving others the chance to enjoy unforgettable days on the ice.
