Shanty BB Renter Agreement

This Renter Agreement supplements the Shanty BB Terms of Service and applies to every Renter who books a property, outdoor accommodation, access area, or experience through the Shanty BB Platform. 1. Eligibility You represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and will provide accurate account information. 2. Booking Responsibilities You agree to review each Listing carefully before booking and to comply with the Listing description, Host Rules, occupancy limits, and any lawful instructions provided by the Host. 3. Property Inspection Upon arrival, you are responsible for inspecting the property and notifying the Host of any unsafe conditions or damage before use whenever reasonably possible. 4. Safety Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. You agree to make your own safety decisions, follow applicable laws, weather advisories, and exercise reasonable caution at all times. 5. Care of Property You agree to respect the Host's property, equipment, wildlife, and surrounding natural resources and to return the property in substantially the same condition received, excluding normal wear and tear. 6. Damage & Reporting You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests and agree to promptly report accidents, injuries, property damage, or safety concerns. 7. Payments All bookings, extensions, renewals, and related transactions that originate through Shanty BB must remain on the Platform unless expressly authorized in writing by Shanty BB. 8. Fee Circumvention You may not solicit, encourage, request, or agree to complete an off-platform transaction to avoid Shanty BB Service Fees. Intentional fee circumvention is a material breach of the Terms of Service and may result in account suspension or termination, cancellation of bookings, recovery of unpaid Service Fees and damages where permitted by law, and any other available contractual, legal, or equitable remedies. 9. Compliance You agree to comply with the Shanty BB Terms of Service, Community Standards, Payment Terms, Privacy Policy, Host Rules, and all applicable laws. 10. Acknowledgement By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Renter Agreement and the Shanty BB Terms of Service.
