What this category is

Food plots provide access to designated hunting areas but DO NOT guarantee the presence, movement, or harvest of wildlife. Every Renter is fully responsible for complying with all applicable hunting laws, license requirements, and property boundaries.

  • Turkey hunts (spring / fall)
  • Black bear over-bait hunts where legal
  • Trail-camera scouting on private ground

What Renters should expect

  • Legal hunting seasons for the property
  • Required licenses, tags, and permits
  • Allowed species — clearly disclosed by the host
  • Approved hunting locations (specific stands, blinds, or plots)
  • Property boundaries and neighbor rules
  • Permitted access times
  • Parking and vehicle access rules
  • Game-retrieval rules and any use of ATVs / UTVs
  • Baiting restrictions per state / provincial law
  • Trail-camera rules on the property

Major safety considerations

  • •Renters are responsible for complying with ALL applicable hunting laws and regulations.
  • •Confirm property boundaries with the host BEFORE hunting — trespass on a neighbor is on you.
  • •Wear hunter orange as required by law in your season / region.
  • •Notify the host and 911 immediately in the event of a firearm accident.

Baiting rules vary by state, province, and species. Check local law AND the host's rules before setting up.
